What species is a direct threat to our planet? That is capable of curing diseases, creating rules and an economy and at the same time capable of producing weapons of mass destruction and terror? What does equal rights exist? In nature? If it did, how does that explain natural selection? Humans based its own value on different criteria. We are GODLIKE. Although orangebanded stingfish like this one at @GulfSpecimen Marine Lab are well camouflaged already, they’re also able to bury themselves in the sand all the way up to their eyes. Their frontal, claw-like rays are used both for movement along the muddy ocean floor and for capturing prey. These fish can be found in the Indo-West Pacific Ocean and are capable of delivering an incredibly painful sting. To see a video of this fish using its frontal rays, check out @natgeo. . . #fish #orange #stingfish #venomous #weirdnature #strangeanimals #nature #conservation #biodiversity #animalfacts #wildlife #wildlifephotography #natgeo #savetogether #photoark
