Filmed my first one hour spin session since I was 5 months pregnant. Had a few hiccups but it was still a success! They are going to be on my website once it's launched hopefully by Oct 1. You will be able to ride with me a few times a week then! Form is important while riding and often misunderstood so here are the basics. To keep your back straight, you must have your hips back over the pedals while standing. Anytime you go into the hover, push your hips back into the saddle so you can maintain that neutral spine alignment. Keep those abs in tight while doing any isolations and use the handlebars for balance if you aren't strong enough to hold steady. And most of all just have fun.
