Glute hypertrophy day, wuddup?! This was a most 'lovely' burner 🔥. Why must Bulgarian split squats always suck so much?
Started this workout with the intention of squatting heavy and then realized I forgot my flat shoes 💁🏼 so swapped it with this one; lower weight and higher reps. For these days I keep reps 10-15 (depending on the exercise) and use more supersets and take slightly shorter rests between exercises.
Barbell hip thrusts
ss bodyweight thrusts, feet elevated
ss kettlebell RDLs
Bulgarian split squats
Banded lateral walks
ss reverse hypers
ss banded squats
You can definitely use the rack for the front squats if you're not comfy cleaning the weight up (my gym's were just ocupado). And that is all 🍑🔥✌🏻👋🏻
