☠️CARDIO ☠️ Tag a friend & give this a go! 🙋🏼 I don't really ever do cardio but I decided to throw in this little stair master BURNER at the end of my glute workout! 🔥 - 1️⃣Kickbacks - complete for 1 minute then walk at a moderate speed for 1 minute 2️⃣Side steps - 30 steps each side then walk at a moderate speed for 1 minute 3️⃣Squat walk (wide steps) - complete for 1 minute then walk at a moderate speed for 1 minute 4️⃣ Sprint climb (not in vid) - challenge yourself for 20 seconds sprint climb. - Repeat 3 times. 🔥😵 - P.s.
