#FBF Right before stepping on stage at the 2017 Olympia. Funny part is I ate a ton of food the night before and the morning of the show (6 full meals, then a burger n fries, bacon, eggs, home fries, pancakes, cookies, a couple snickers bars, plus a shit ton of trolli sour gummies), and I'm still a little flat here. The second picture shows the difference between being flat here and then what I look like maxed out, even without a pump. Guess we gotta up the food intake once again! πŸ™‹πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈπŸ™‹πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈπŸ™‹πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈπŸ·πŸ·πŸ· When you're in condition, you should be able to eat almost anything for 2-3 days without spilling over. Spilling over happens from either not cutting water properly, ingesting wayyy too much sodium, or not being conditioned enough to handle all the food necessary to fill out. Shittt @rayedmonds_ifbbpro eats a 5lb bag of rice in like 2-3 days before a show, and my mans conditioning is always lights out. Moral of the story... get in condition and learn what works for YOU!!! #Levels
