How about a refreshing glass, or two, of Guinep juice? It's full of fibre for lowering cholesterol, preventing constipation and help boost your immune system!
Try this recipe from @CuisineByNoel
1-inch piece ginger,
blended and strained
1 lime, juiced
1.Remove the guinep skin and place the fruit into a medium bowl. Pour boiling water over guinep and leave for 20 minutes or until cool.
2. Make sure your hands are very clean, then rub the pulp from the seeds to let loose the juice from the fruits.
3. Strain mixture, add juice from one lime, sweetened to taste.
NOTE: the more guinep you use the better the flavour
