Are you guys ready to be mindblown!?! Made these delicious crispy little dough cups tonight for dinner using only TWO INGREDIENTS. Yupppp,✌🏼. I was too lazy to make anything new to go with these so it got topped with left over chili from yesterday’s meal prep hahahahaha no complaints but my BF also repurposed the remaining cups for dessert filled with ice cream! 😍 Hold up though✋🏼 Back to the main event. THIS DOUGH! Can you guess how I made it? Just guessss or swipe👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼 But if you haven’t swiped through all the pictures, I’ll just tell you here. It’s made with 1 part self rising flour and 1 part YOGURT! Yes, yogurt you guys!!! How insane is that?! I’m still mind blown by this tbh haha When I first came across this recipe, I was hella skeptical. “Like aight, yogurt to make dough? Stop playin! There is no way that can work, how would that taste? It can’t be that good. No way Jose!”🙅🏻♀️ Buttttt I kept thinking about it and all the awesome things I could possible make with it (Bagels, Pretzels, Pizza, CINNAMON ROLLS!) and so I just had to try! Which led to this lol 💁🏻♀️ I was really surprised how similar it felt to normal pizza or baking dough! Even my boyfriend who doesn’t follow macros or track at all LOVED IT and said I should make more things with it! Haha It was a bit sticky bc of the yogurt portion but dust a little flour and your good to go, just be patient with it. Some other things you could do with it are taco cups, breakfast egg and bacon cups, cheddar/broccoli cups, and so much more! I plan to experiment with this some more and probs gonna try the cinnamon roll recipe I’m developing for t this weekend! Let me know if you try this and what you’re gonna fill yours with!? 💕💕🤗.
