How do you feel about carbs 🤔🍞 YAY or NAY?
I’m a yay for carbs. Before you ask - that’s a yay for fat loss and a yay for muscle gain. Carbs can be included in your diet regardless of your goals. While I have nothing against high fat diets, I don’t believe it’s practical (or enjoyable) to cut out entire food groups long term. Most of the issues that arise from carbs come from eating too much sugar, not enough fiber, and as a result not being able to control your cravings and calorie intake.
