After being so disheartened by a bumber just a number on the scales, I decided I need to work on this! Id had such a bad week pain wise and ate well and kept to my exercise that I felt on top of the world! Skipping into weight watchers!! Soon as I saw the figure and that I was a pound heavier I was close to tears! I had achieved so much this week! Back into a routine at gym and above all feeling so much better about myself too!
