I've been to two different colleges within the past 5 years plus working dead end jobs hoping to really find what I was really passionate about. I took a year off from school the first university I attended, feeling really hopeless and stressed, all I did was work and go to the gym. It was just until the end of 2015 and the beginning of 2016 that I finally found what I'm passionate about and what I spent most of my free time doing...WORKING OUT. I spent at most an hour or more in the gym without even thinking about it. It started with just a couple times a week to everyday and before I knew it, it started to become a lifestyle. I’ve attended National Personal Training Institute in Lakewood, Colorado to obtain my certificate in personal training. I'm dedicated, motivated and focused on my goals. I love to challenge myself as well as others, not just physically but mentally. I think that's why I cling to fitness as much as I do because you can always find different ways to challenge and push yourself to limits you never knew you could reach. I learned throughout my life so far that it takes more than just thinking and dreaming but about going and doing it. I get the chance to help empower and motivate others who might face some of the challenges I've faced and I can proudly say that I am truly living my dream as a personal trainer. Just being able to set goals for yourself and to build a better YOU is all of what I live by. You're only as strong as you set yourself to be, so why limit yourself? Fitness is more then just a hobby to me, it's a lifestyle of empowerment, strength and dedication!”
