People often think abs are just made in the kitchen. That is VERY true to a certain extent. Abs are revealed by what you’re doing in the kitchen, but aren’t built that way. Abs are made in the gym like any other muscle group. Train them consistently whether you’re on a bulk or a cut. Even though they won’t be as defined or show much while you’re on a bulk, they will grow and pop out when you cut 👍🏻 #tbt
#throwbackthursday can’t believe these pics where only 1yr apart. Weighed in at 155lbs on the left and 176lbs on the right shocked everyone by adding 21lbs of stage weight. My first show and second show. Was bless to have the guidance from @fredbiggiesmalls at @abphysiques.body building made me understand how to be out of your comfort zone during training and I use that for my boxing journey. Never let the next man out work you.

What we have come to learn from experience is that people are so confused when it comes to dieting that we wanted to develop a more systematic approach to Nutrition that starts with a strong foundation and builds up one tier at a time. 🔻Many people jump the gun and start protocols they should not be following and find themselves more frustrated and confused than ever. 🔚In our seminar we are helping our members understand the basics of each protocol and provide the best resources for each.
