First cardio session of the cut ✅ At this stage , super excited for the upcoming weeks . I’ve learnt a lot over the last year about my body and how it functions and responds . In regards to my last competitions prep , I felt my deficit was far too excessive in relation to the cardio / calorie ratio and it resulted in me essentially coming in frail looking and a lot of muscle lost. This is where individuality comes in. Everyone’s body is different so prepping just like the next guy isn’t going to bring in your best . Learn your body and what’s best for you 💪 Feeling significantly more confident this year and I’ve a great bunch of people around me to thank for that ! @sm.lse measuring services to the rescue before starting today.. 29.5 inch Quaddies, 18.5 inch calves & 18.5 inch Bi's • •Not sure where that sits me in the great scheme of things with being a fat prick 🤔 • •For some stupid reason decided to do HIIT for the first time ever - before Legs... plz no ask me Y I did bc I duno •Level 10 - 25 rounds of 30 seconds work... kept above 110rpm for the first 23 rounds (too busy dying to say what the last 2 were), 15 seconds rest period kept between 80&85rpm = 18 minutes and some seconds.
