Sentadilla a Caja o Box Squats Soy amante a la sentadillas, pienso que es un ejercicio ley en el entrenamiento de tren inferior irremplazable pero a veces me gusta variar para mejorar algunas falencias tanto en tecnica como potencia y explosividad Pero vamos y hablemos de esta sentadilla la cual muy pocos la realizan pero como ya lo dije es muy buena a la hora de mejorar tu sentadilla lo cual no deberias descartar, es sencillo básicamente es realizar el mismo movimiento de la sentadilla convencional priorizando la cadencia al descender al banco, caja etc. Esta forma de hacer sentadilla es un trabajo un poco duro, así que no debes hacer series de 10 repeticiones, si metes muchas repeticiones te pueden provocar tendinitis bicipital, así que es mejor realizar más series de menos repeticioness, ya que aquí lo importante es la primera repetición. For those of you who are looking to break through plateaus, Further your knowledge on Training and Nutrition, Accountability to reach your desired goal, or looking for a coach to prep you for your next show, I am currently accepting new online clients who are serious about getting results. I love helping people of all age reach their goals, it is my passion to work with driven individuals who are looking to seek results, but might not have the knowledge or guidance to get there. You can look up hundreds of articles online on free diets, free workout routines, and free information, but are you really going to apply that to yourself? I myself coach and train others, BUT I do have a coach to help guide me during my offseason and contest prep. Why do I do this if I already have the knowledge to prep myself and other people? It's because I am investing into myself and someone's else knowledge. The beauty of this sport is that you can never learn too much. Someone out there might have information or methods that are more beneficial to you than diets or workouts online, you just have to figure out what works best for you through trial and error. That's what a coach is there for. If something doesn't work, they are there to fix it and monitor your progression to ensure you're on the right path towards your goals. Even the best athletes in the world have coaches. It is an investment to yourself to grow mentally and physically better. The money you spend eating out everyday or spending money deteriorating your health can be spent as an investment towards your health.
