💥Increase your workout Intensity💥 Next time you train, try and incorporate drop sets into your workout! 👊🏼 A drop set involves; Hitting failure on a particular exercise targeting a specific muscle, then immediately perform the exercise again with less resistance (go down in weight). 💪🏼 Example; Perform a bicep curl with a weight you fail at 15reps, immediately reduce the weight and perform as many reps as you can. 👌🏼 When would you use them ? Toward the end of your workout or on the last set of every exercise. Give them a shot and let me know how you go! #prayforthesegains

Can't hit this shot in men's physique, so have it now 😂 on a serious note I want to talk about honesty and consistency. 👇🏼 Consistency is such a huge factor when it comes to results. With consistency comes honesty, are you honest with yourself with how constant you are being? Do you know why you are not getting the results ? Are you sticking to your training routine ? Are you sticking to your food plan? These are all questions you have to ask yourself if you are not getting results. 👇🏼 I find majority of the time, clients know where they are going wrong, they just find it hard to be honest and admit to being "inconsistent". 👇🏼 There's no quick fix, no magic pill or shake, just hard work. This is what I love about the fitness industry, it's ruthless and only the people who commit 100% of themselves to it, get those amazing results. 👇🏼 So be honest with yourself, be consistent with your training and nutrition and make fitness a part of your life.

Smith machine squats (video above) 3 sets 15 Reps 60sec rest between sets Position your feet at shoulder width with your feet in front of the bar. Keep your chest up and push through your heels. -CHEST FINISHER- Exercise : Cable chest flys Target muscle : Chest 🎯 Sets : 1 Reps : 30(rest)20(rest)15 Rest : 45 seconds - Try incorporate some type of "Finisher" into your workouts. These need to be simple to perform, with medium to light weight. You are trying to fully fatigue your muscle.. BUT remember by this stage of your workout you are already exhausted (so these may be harder than you think). Give it your all and leave nothing left in the tank 👊🏼💪🏼
