Pero sientes que quieres todavía mas trabajo abdominal y te gusta presumir tus cuadritos por todos lados, puedes ir un poco mas allá con esta serie de abdominales oblicuas y retar tu entrenamiento y tu voluntad. Este ejercicio requiere control y balance, no nada mas fuerza. Para hacerlo mas dificil agrega una mancuernas de 5 u 8 lbs en cada extremidad como se muestra aquí. El verdadero reto es hacerlo ver fácil e impecable!! Recuerda que el abdomen #SixPack se obtiene en la cocina y no en el gimnasio.

There was a time fairly recently where I was just going through the motions of every day without having any purpose or interest in anything I was doing. It was almost as if I was on autopilot. I had to reassess and ask myself, “Why?” I had to clarify my purpose. Become mindful again. I’ve been reminding myself of my reason “why” and my intention every single day and have found that it helps to keep me on track and keeps me motivated. When we know our “why”, it is very empowering and the path ahead seems more clear. . If you’re struggling to stay motivated, to move forward or to make progression in your life, stop and ask yourself “why?” Remind yourself of your intention.
