Got another abs circuit for you guys!! Don’t let the ball exercises fool you, it’s tough balancing! Did all these workouts 4 sets of 10 reps! I also did speed up the videos a little bit! • Standing Cable Crunch • Cable Cote Rotation • Ball Ab Pike

• Also don’t forget to do cardio either at the beginning of your workout or the end! I do mine at the beginning to warm my muscles up 😊

⚡️ABS & CARDIO⚡️ probably the two thing I hate put together in one small gym session, after my abs I did another 20 minutes on the treadmill doing 15 seconds of sprinting then 40 seconds of rest x3. I do 3 sets and 12 reps apart from the cable pull down crunches which I do 3 sets of and 20 reps bcoz I can 🤪 #fitspiration#gymshark#absworkout#cardio#gymsharkwomen
Ab day!! 💪🏽💦 unfortunately due to lack of space of the gym 🙄 whole workout was not recorded! I started off with 30 minutes of stair stepper and then finished with a solid ab/waist workout after! But I got a nice little pump in and the after workout high was real! I’m officially 1.5 months away from graduation which means those baby abs of mine are 1.5 months away from sunshine and swimsuits for the summer!
aaaay so check this out I dyed my hair pink!! I used @overtonecolor - a vegan, animal cruelty free, wash out hair dye. It's only in the blonde highlighted parts of my hair so it's really subtle but I love it!
In other news I worked on my stomach/core today and it SUCKED.

reverse crunches w leg raise 10x2
commandos 30 seconds two rounds
the commandos killed me I dropped doing them when I tried to push myself but I'm glad I tried!! I think it's important to at least try to push yourself to your limit because if you don't try you'll never get past that limit!
