Happiness is being with family. Happiness is also an unlimited build-your-own stir fry bar with an entire buffet of veggies 😍 I spent an amazing evening with my grandpa and brother and my heart and stomach are full. Commence food coma in 3....2....1.... ••• But can we also appreciate that I finished the entire mountain of rice on my stir fry plate?? competed with on of my best friends today! @mgarrity31. competing in my 2nd ever competition was SO much fun! I learned so much from the first go around. I love my CrossFit community, Champion City CrossFit ❤️!!!! This competition was different... it was a fundraiser for @huxj, I absolutely loved pushing past my comfort zone for her. 💓

Today was an “everything but the kitchen sink” day for training and for dinner 🤷🏽‍♀️ Threw together this light soup since I’m feeling a little under the weather this week 1.5 cups low sodium chicken broth 1/4 cups Trader Joe’s julienned root vegetables 1/4 cup roasted Brussels sprouts 1/4 cup roasted potatoes 3 oz shredded chicken breast (pre-cooked in crockpot) 1 small handful fresh parsley Garlic powder Cayenne pepper Sea salt Black pepper Juice of 1/2 lemon
