So this week was supposed to be life planning, and then life got in the way. Doesn't that always happen! But next week it's on.
Before we moved to Bali I had started completing the miracle morning, and I had never felt better. I was up at 5am every morning to meditate, then affirmations, and journaling. By then the boys had woken up and I switched to mum mode. At 8am I had them in the pram, and I'd go for a walk, or jog, and listen to some self development. In the short while I followed this routine, life just began to open up. My energy was up, my tolerance, my consistently at completion, and ideas where beginning to develop.
So it's time to revisit the morning miracle and get back on track. Do you guys have a morning routine that you love?
I'm also really trying to manage the constant battle, and switching of hats - that is being a stay at home mum and working from home. I know some mums just rock it! Any tips would be welcome 😊
