Kolejny start i kolejny raz zaliczone 60kg. Pierwsze podejścia do tego ciężaru cieszyły niesamowicie. Teraz to frustracja. Czas zrobić sobie przerwę i zbudować coś więcej. Oficjalnie ogłaszam, że zawieszam starty w zawodach z wyciskania do czasu osiągnięcia progresu, czyli wyciśnięcia własnej masy ciała (🐖). Idk if it was all the carbs I had yesterday, but I was FEEEELIN GREAT at the gym today, til I had to walk on the treadmill and my thighs started making a fire from rubbing together 😝🔥 Deadlifts - 6x3 (only 4 shown) @ 198lbs, one set every 2 minutes! Felt like a total boss when I got to roll on some #45lb plates during my dead lift session this morning. This week was test week and I'm so stoked about my improvement! Back squat: #121 (+6) Bench press: #75 (+10) Dead lift: #140 (+5) One of main goals is to be squatting/DL my own body weight by fall. I sit around 152, so I'm very stoked that I'm so close!
