Quick rip before a few brews and some food.
Quick 10 as I’m acclimating myself with conventional for the long haul. These feel good but I do need to focus on starting lower. The lower I can start the stronger and more efficient my pull is.
My grip was chit tonight. Conserving my grip strength for the few pints I’m about to kick back with the boys. All of the wives are up north terrorizing wineries so we’re heading out for some grub and soda pops.
