There are some humps that you just can’t do anything about... 🤷🏼‍♀️ and it’s totally OK if you want to change that to make yourself feel more womanly, and comfortable in your own skin... Never let anyone tell you otherwise 👌🏻 I’ve always had a small bust, and I was quite content with what genetics gave me. Weight training however gradually took it ALL away, and literally left me with zero on top... And pec definition lines, which for me personally, I didn’t like. I love feeling strong and athletic, but also, I like feeling feminine. When I first thought about having the procedure, I worried about being judged, as too many people make their own assumptions as to why a woman would choose to have cosmetic surgery. The reality is, most women who undergo breast augmentation or reconstruction choose to have it done as their body has changed shape, and taken away what they were once happy with. Training, weight loss, pregnancy and illness being the most common reasons. It’s rarely a case now of simply wanting massive kahooners! 😂 I had 275cc implants put under the muscle in November, which has now given me back by beloved B cup 💕 It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and I’m now so open about the fact that I’ve had it done... Office boob chat can be hilarious 😂 In an ideal world I would have maybe liked more of an “off season” I’m more than happy with how I’ve managed my diet and the training I have been able to do during this period. And now I can 100% be back in the game, I’m more motivated than ever 💪🏻💕 Thank you @drlindafiumara and all the team at @myacosmeticsurgery for making the process so seamless. I appreciated @drlindafiumara’s honesty right from the start as to what would work with my body shape and physique to give me a natural look, and the ongoing support from the @myacosmeticsurgery nurses throughout. Two weeks seperate these photos... along with another body composition analysis. After being sick with strep throat last week and being unable to do any cardio or weights for 9 days, losing my appetite and having a really high fever, I knew I needed to rest and prioritise my health and body, but I was so nervous about losing muscle. One week is a long time to be out of action in a 12 week prep! - But I like to keep it honest and raw, so here’s what these results show after 2 weeks, one of which was completely off prep: Current Weight - 65.8kg (⬇️ 1.5kg) Muscle mass - ⬇️ 900g Fat mass - ⬆️ 1.5kg Mineral mass - ⬇️ 200g BF % - 17.2 (⬆️ from 14.6) BMR - 1575 cals (⬇️ from 1650 cals) - Now looking at those results on paper, they’re definitely not the most favourable, although admittedly, I can’t be too upset with how sick I was. But looking in the mirror, I’m continuing to lean out... my abs are more visible now than when I had my previous analysis done, along with my glutes n hammies (my major weak/problem areas). - There are many factors that could influence the results of body composition analysis via bioelectrical impedance, which I won’t go in to here, although I try and keep things as consistent as possible like time of day I’m being tested, making sure I’m properly hydrated etc. - So from here... I’m not gonna get hung up on these results. I’m back in to training 💯 and will grind out the next few weeks. I do prefer to play the mirror game, although I’ll be back getting another test in a couple of weeks as another way to check that I’m making constant progress towards the end goal. - 8.5 weeks out! 👊🏽

Alright you guys.. I need some happy thoughts. I got sent from a urgent care in an ambulance to the Emergency room. I luckily got to go home after about 6-8 hours. I had a doctors appointment today and got some upsetting news. Until further notice, I am not allowed to workout, get stressed out or get my heart rate up. Not even a push up.. I cannot believe it! My body just wants me to be fat and gross! Someday I hopefully will be able to compete like I want. This is going to be hard mentally and physically! There are a lot of exercised that you can do on the rower. Being away i really miss my gym so doing what I can here to still get good workouts done . (Elevator lunges on the rower) give them a go if you have not tried them already. They do burn.

After taking some time off from tracking with some trips and the holidays, I wanted a routine again and wanted to hold myself accountable for my goals in 2018. (&& to kill that @titanmedical Calendar Photoshoot in a week) • • • School: Been figuring out my class schedule for my spring semester to fulfill my credits and requirements. If anyone was wondering, I’m majoring in Human Performance with a concentration in Exercise & Recreation Leader. Some of my short term goals are to become an IFBB Pro by the age of 20/21, grow my social media, and start an online coaching business. But my long term goal is to one day open my own gym named “Panda Fitness🐼” • • • Off-Season/Competing: Did lots of traveling already and planning for more mini vacays to enjoy time with friends & family before starting prep in around May. Planning for Disney next month, then debating on going to The Arnold in Ohio or Bahamas for Spring Break, and then Thailand sometime this summer! Plans for shows in 2018 are one local show then USAs Nationals in July 27-28 (which is my bday!!!) in Vegas. Super excited to spend my 20th birthday in Vegas 🤩 • • • I am currently moving out of apartment & into with @chrislegacy813 . Just throwing in a #humpday and #transformation post in one 😂 I don’t often like looking back but sometimes its needed to see how far you’ve come. On the left my first time to Thailand before any type of structured training to the right after 2 years of consistent training. Progress is progress. To build glutes I’ve always: 1. Trained glutes/hamstrings at least twice a week if not more. 2. Always incorporated unilateral work. Isolate each glute. 3. Always used activation drills to start each workout. Banded glute raises, crab walks, band abduction etc. 4. Always lunge!! If your a client of @the_mass_performance_centre you will know the secret is in lunging. .
