***LONG POST ALERT! 😬
I’ve grown up with an absolutely amazing family. I have parents that have supported me through everything, been there for me every stage of my life. I have an amazing support system between my parents and grandparents, honestly could not ever ask for a better family. On top of that, i have three amazing sisters that are my best friends. I love them and am so proud of each of them.
When I reflect on my own life I feel that there’s something missing. I have a great job that I love, I love my family, I love my furbaby Chewy... but still there’s something missing. After taking time to myself, I’ve finally realized what the missing piece to my puzzle was. I lacked one of the most important concepts of life: SELF-LOVE.
I’ve always lived my life in a way to ensure I don’t disappoint the people in my life. I hate that I’ve allowed people in my life to disappoint me. Whether it be a relationship or a friend, I’ve lowered my expectations to accept the feeling of disappointment and got so use to being disappointed that I’ve felt it was what I deserved. I lacked the belief of being worth something more. When I reflected on my life and reviewed what I allowed to occur, I didn’t l blame the people who hurt or disappointed me, I blamed myself for allowing it.
Anyone who knows me knows that I am an avid social media user (😬), so I figured by putting this on social media it will hold be accountable to never settle again in life and continue to move forward, learning how to love myself more everyday.
There’s no hope for a healthy strong relationship with others until I have a strong, healthy, LOVING relationship with the person who deserves it the most, ME (💁🏼♀️). From here on out, here’s to #selflove and getting myself back to a stronger, healthier and the best version of myself.✨ 🦄. #selflove #happy #beyourself #appreciate #healthyliving #letsgo #makeithappen #motivation #healthy #lifestyle #changes #girlie #happy #focus #positivevibes #longpost #inspiration #blogger #blogging #socialmedia
