Day 1 of my caloric surplus is in the bag. - Deadlift max is currently at 255 lbs, and you better believe I’m shooting for 300. I’ve read that rack pulls are the way to go if you’re looking for that power lockout on deadlifts, as well as increasing your deadlift. 👌🏽 - Warmed up with some wide grip pull ups to get the blood flowing, then 4x8 bent over barbell rows, along with 4x9 rack pulls, as shown here (first time trying these so any advice on how to improve my form would be much appreciated 😅) - Ended with a one arm dumbbell Row and bent over dumbbell Row superset along with other machine movements to help target and isolate the back.
