Working on my Full Locust pose (SALABHASANA) with the assistance and stretching from @cirquebea.
Benefits of this pose include:
🔹Strengthening the muscles of the spine, buttocks, and backs of the arms and legs.
🔹Stretches the shoulders, chest, belly, and thighs.
🔹Stimulates abdominal organs.
🔹Helps relieve stress.
