#deadlifts got the 97.5kg, 105kg in video here. Failed on the 112.5kg, dropped to 110kg, failed and then to 107.5kg (which I have lifted before) and also failed. Went to focus on squats at that point @fresafuerte

On the 1st of February @abiloucrow hit 120 kg for 3 reps on the Trap Bar Deadlifts. Throw back to first time I ever attempted a 60kg dip was pretty happy at the time with squeezing 2 reps out. I haven't attempted a dip since I bust my shoulder so tomorrow I'm going in fingers crossed!

Here is some footage from wednesday. SOOO MUCH VARIATION LMAO. Worked up to a max triple with the Cambered bar box squat with chains followed by some single deadlifts. Top set squat is 290lb on bar + 80lb chains = approx 370lb at lockout. Deadlifts were feeling a bit awkward as i need to drop my butt more to engage the quads for the first part of the pull. However this squat variation (mainly the cambered bar) absolutley fucked my quads so with all in consideration i feel pretry good about the workout. Today....legs, then an early demise. First ssb 1.5's. This was my second set I think, I went up a bit more then finished with a 5th AMRAP set of regular ssb squats at top weight. Then, double-front banded sumos, 3 sets supersetted with standing ham curls(4sets). Then third and forth vid, a superset of Bulgarian piston smith split squats (yikes that was a mouthful) supersetted with plate outer thigh work (3 sets each). Then I did barbell hip thrusts, quad extensions, back and 45 degree back cable kickbacks, and calves. I do A LOT of leg volume, but only technically train legs once a week (I throw in a deadlift movement back day with an exercise for glutes/hams on back day). My body is responding well to this for now. I'm so quad-dominant I really don't need a second "quad day". If i did that....could you fucking imagine the size of my quads?!?! Just uploading this to give a shoutout to @myproteinuk for their awesome liquid chalk usually my palms are sweaty af so when i go a bit heavier the bar will always slip but when i went for 8 sets today (10,8,5,3,2,3,7,8 reps) the bar did not slip once. And i only needed to apply a bit for it to work well. Recommend it!!! Just a vid of my last set had to cut it a bit because my facial expressions needed to not be seen (its nasty).
