Some of the work I completed 😁 As you can probably guess there was a lot more decayed tooth structure on 8 before I started prepping. This was mid way through the prep. After removing the decay I prepped lingual to lingual along the facial. This was a huge restoration that was restored to a more ideal form and color. The patient still has a lot of work to get done, as you can see a decayed 10. Either the tooth will be removed and a flipper placed and then the crown that was placed years ago, on 9 will be shortened or a bridge will be prepped from 9-11 to replace the missing tooth. Aesthetics were a major concern for the patient and given the serious decay and limited financial resources, this was the best that could be done to save the tooth.
