CHEAT MEALS ... ok guys let’s talk cheat meals !
When you are eating clean the majority of the time and training to achieve your goals I do believe that for your own sanity you need to have what they call a ‘cheat meal’. NOW.... if you have a cheat meal this this doesn’t mean you have to order a million things off the menu, over indulge then feel sick and probably pissed off and feel that you have undone all the hard work you put in the previous week !
A cheat meal is there for your sanity like I said. So why not cook up a fresh home made curry (like the one I sent to my client Lisa ) this is made with all fresh ingredients and tastes amazing !!!! Usually she may have ordered one in plus all the starters etc But she chose to have a ‘clean’ cheat. A clean cheat is basically a meal that you LOVE such as pizza , Curry , lasagne but it’s home made and made with fresh ingredients. They leave you feeling satisfied and full and I guarantee you won’t be pissed off that you’ve undone all your hard work.
NOW this is only an option ..... of course If you want that dominos pizza or the Ben and Jerry’s for the cheat do!!! But the next day get back on track and go do something active.
I mix it up depending on how much I’ve trained and how I feel :) some times it’s a clean cheat and sometimes is a down tight dirty cheat (in moderation ) 😜😜 We have so many clean cheat recipes and work out all the macros for you.
