It is the driver to greater neuromuscular activation up the arm line. Strengthening your grip not only increases dexterity and resiliency in the hands but also has benefits to increasing strength in the arm muscles and shoulders. Today I went with the silver bullet with the 200 lbs on the crush grip. Then decided to work on hub grip hovers with 34 lbs to seal the deal. There's more than one aspect of grip open, closed, and pinch. Weakness in the hands results in weakness in the entire arm line. Always find ways to challenge yourself in different ways. В кунг-фу, как и в любой практике совершенствования тела и духа, важна осознанность. Что я делаю, зачем, почему необходимо выполнять те или иные упражнения именно так? Просто копировать движения наставника и запоминать "форму", потому что так положено древней традицией - работает только на первых парах. Сами собой появятся вопросы. Они могут вам показаться неуместными, но если их игнорировать, движение вперёд едва-ли возможно. Перед каждой небольшой победой над собой предшествует вопрос, который возникает в голове мыслящего ученика. Именно ответ на этот вопрос становится ключом_к_разгадке упражнения. И для каждого упражнения ключей большое множество. В этот раз все работали с большой отдачей, что принесло свои плоды. Несмотря на даты проведения, было около дюжины занимающихся - оптимальное число для спокойного, комфортного занятия.
