💚 Food - the biggest change you will need to make. Clean up your diet of -
🚫 Fried, greasy food.
🚫 Sugar - desserts and in coffee. No added sugar.
🚫 Refined flour - bread
🚫 Rich food - cashew curry or butter gravy are a strict no.
🚫 excessive 🥛milk
🚫large portions of cheese, pasta, noodles, cake.
And include -
✅ Whole vegetables cooked or raw in generous portions.
✅ 2-3 liters of water every single day. 💦 ✅ Apple Cider vinegar/lemon.
✅ Fruits - in controlled portions.
✅ Switch to almond, soy, low fat milk.
✅ Conscious Protein intake.
✅ Conscious Fibre intake.
✅ Protein shakes.
✅ controlled portion sizes. ✅ salads!
. 💥Exercise -
✨ Whether you are looking to get lean or bulk up, you will need to workout.
✨ How long? At least 30 mins a day.
✨ How intense? intense enough that you *have* to take a shower 🚿 after. You need not be dripping in sweat, but if you are that’s the best possible case.
✨ How many days per week? 4-5 times per week.
✨ Cardio? Weights? - Both. At least hit cardio twice a week if you are looking to get lean. On somedays you can do both. Working out hard never killed anyone, so it’s okay to push yourself ⛄️
✨Home or Gym? Preferably gym, but only because you will have all sorts of toys to play with. But if you can’t, it’s okay. Invest in 2 pairs of dumbells - light and heavy. Pretty much all #exercises can be done at home. I have never used any machines except the treadmill.
✨ Workout during your cycle? hell yeah!!! You won’t hurt your body. It’s a myth. In fact you will have lesser cramps because of the serotonin release.
✨ Workout clothes? Always. 😃Always buy workout clothes.
✨ Morning ? Afternoon? Evening? Night? - #workout whenever you can🙌🏻 Won’t affect your body in any way.
✨ Foam Roll and stretch for 10 mins after every workout.
Wow - It is quite a lot actually, so start small. Make small daily #changes and eventually you will be leading a super fit life and feel like a rockstar ✨💥
