뻐근한 게 심하네 웃긴 게 어느 정도까지 내가 열심히 해서 운동이 잘 될 때 이게 말로 펼쳐놓는 건 참 쉬운데 강화가 되면서도 무릎이 잘 먹으려면 어쩔 수 없이 발목이 시큰거리고 욱신거리고 둔근이 결리거나 동시에 골반이 저리거나 찌르거나 발등이 뻐근하거나 아킬레스건 부분이 뻑뻑하거나 하는데 그럴 때는 휴식이 필요하고 쉬다가 다시 움직이면 약화돼서 힘이 안 들어가고 그게 계속 반복이고 악순환인데 그때그때 판단하고 선택하고 컨트롤하고 다 마음처럼 정말 그렇지가 않거든 오 좋아졌는데 오 나아졌는데 와 다 나았다!하면 얼마나 좋겠어 운동이 잘 돼서 움직이는 게 가벼울 때도 있고 진짜 쓸 수 없어서 못할 때도 있고 재활하는 과정도 지치고 운동 후에 잘 돼서 알이 배기면 마음은 와 알 배겼다 하면서 좋은데 그건 그것대로 생활은 힘들어 풀어줘야 하고 근데 쉬면 똑같아 안 좋을 때 쓰면 악화돼 알이 배면 배기는 대로 안 배기 면 힘 안 들어가는 대로 고질적이다라는 거 마지막 병원에서 했던 추측 결론이 대퇴사두가 슬개골을 못 잡아줘서 쓸리면서 통증이 생기는 거다라고, 그래서 대퇴사두 강화를 처방받은 거고 주 목적이며ㅡ 그냥 그 방향이 맞을거야 하고 쓰는 거야 다른 대안이 없으니까. 재활하면서 루틴상 다리를 쉬어줄 때 무리안가는 다른 상체운동을 가끔하고 돈안드는 사진을 찍고 그 안에서 작은 행복 찾고 살아 재활운동하면서 못했던 동작들이 조금씩 되고 버티고 계단을 걷고 그거에 의의가 있는 거겠지 그게 시간이 만든건지는 모르겠지만

So, at the end of summer 17’ I was hands down the healthiest I had been. I had a solid strength program, ran 3k every day, swam every evening and used a hot sauna to fuel recovery! I really dialled in the diet consuming all my favourite foods, but it did take 4 months if consistency to get into this shape.... Why? I’m not an extreme body type and I’ve never wanted to look like that... I’m in it for the long game 👊 Longevity of keeping the body you want doesn’t come from extreme training programmes and diets, it’s from what’s maintainable over the long term and what you enjoy!
