Only way you’ll ever learn and grow is if you be 💯 with yourself. Here you can clearly see my range of motion where I tore my pec and slightly injured my shoulder is still an issue with depth on certain lifts. I’m not here to show you all my perfect lifts, but all the good, bad, and ugly because no one does it perfectly every time and everyone fails from time to time.
This was my last set where the goal was to work your way up doing 8 reps each set until you hit a weight you failed at before or at 8. I did 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s, before failing with the 90’s at six reps. Better safe than pushing and risking another injury.
