I've decided to make a YouTube video/channel tomorrow. I'm tired of saying "when I lose 30 pounds I'll start" "when we have our own place" blah blah blah. Tonight, I have so much pain in my shoulders that I literally cannot lay down or they'll start hurting again, to the point that I start crying. I attribute that to being in my bed for the past five months, whether that is just sitting or laying (I'm not bedridden or anything.. I've just had nothing to do so I'm always in my room) , I haven't really exercised... it's just a mess. Also, I remembered in my many hours of thought, that around July or August I told myself that I'd start losing weight so that by the time I turn twenty I'll be able to start hardcore weight lifting to grow allllll dat wonderful muscle (booty lol) for my 21st. Welp, I'm almost twenty and I haven't lost any of that. So yes, I'll post about my video tomorrow and whether it will be up tomorrow or Monday. 🤐🤐🤐тренировки на голодный желудок 🤐🤐🤐 подходит только тем, кто занимается дома или у кого спортзал неподалеку от дома. Потому что держать организм голодным в течение нескольких часов (во время и до тренировки) все-таки не очень полезно. Но если вы все-таки выбрали для спорта утреннее время до завтрака, то до тренировки ничего есть не нужно, хотя выпить воды обязательно следует. ☝️В каких случаях не рекомендуются тренировки на голодный желудок: ✅Если вы занимаетесь силовыми тренировками для роста мышц ✅Если вы занимаетесь высокоинтенсивными тренировками (табата, кроссфит) ✅Если вы тяжело переносите тренировки на голодный желудок, чувствуете головокружение и слабость ☝️В случае интенсивных тренировок или по причине отсутствия физических зил на занятия без еды- устройте себе легкий углеводный перекус за 30-45 минут до тренировки. Это может быть кофе с бананом, хлебцы с кусочком сыра или батончики мюсли (это должна быть небольшая порция еды, около 100 г). В этом случае у вас появится энергия и силы на занятия.🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ Лучше все-таки не проводить эксперименты и выбрать углеводный перекус☝️чтобы не терять сознание 🙃🙃🙃 #fitlife #sportlife #режимпитания
