I will be starting the @250kchallenge tonight, but is also Gymshark66 Day 20, and also Bulk Day 153/200, I got a chest workout done today while hitting prs on almost everything, the workout was incline bench 4x5 with a top set, incline Dumbell chest press supersetted with incline plate squeezes 4x8-12 and 4x5 with a 3 second squeeze, chest press machine 3x8-12, floor press with Dumbells 3x8-12, incline Dumbell fly's 3x15-20, Dumbell pullovers 3x12-15, low and high cable crossovers superset 3x12-15, triceps pushdowns with a straight bar and Dumbell lateral raises superset 5x12-15, calf extensions 5x20-m and lastly for abs I did ripped knee raises x20 and 2 sets of around the world hanging leg raises for 5 reps each way 💪 That was the workout! Lately I've had so many women tell me social media has made them uncomfortable going to the gym to workout or going to exercise classes; online all they see is women with beautiful bodies in their crop top and shorts and they feel pressure to conform. I'm ALL for the body positivity movement, but lets just keep it real for a second: . 1) It's okay to wobble when you burpee 2) It doesn't matter if you wear the latest Lorna Jane sports bra, or your dad's fruit of the loom t-shirt lol, a workout is a workout 3) Comparison is the thief of joy . So in today’s tips for arms… 😅 we’re going to talk about weights. It’s not about how much weight your using but rather how you use the weight. If your swinging your weights when you curl, chances are your utilizing your back, shoulders, everything but your ARMS. - I get a lot of judgement for using low weights when curling, but no one ever asks what I’m actually doing. Try this: Keep your shoulders pinched by your sides, curl half way up, hold for five seconds, curl all the way up and come back down to the half way point, hold for another 5 seconds, then come all the way down. That’s one rep. - What you’re doing is just creating another way to achieve time under tension. No right or wrong way to this, just have fun with it. Promise you, your arms will grow is to up that time under tension. Tag someone who’s still swing their weights ☠️. Ps.
