It's Monday! A new week! New goals! This is the time when you can usually find me at the gym, in the zone & gettin my sweat on! 🏋️♀️💪😎💦...
But instead, I'm already in my pjs, on the couch chillin while I enjoy this sweet little treat! A few years ago this would have been a completely unheard of occurrence for me! Kaila ditching her set gym plans, perfectly prepped dinner meal, and just chillin?!!! NOOOO way! Haha yep 😏
This is knowing when to take a break and NOT feeling guilty or anxiety from doing so. If you're mentally or physically exhausted, it's okay to take a break! Heck even if you're not feeling run down and just want a day to relax and unwind, IT'S OKAY!!! Friendly reminder to #ListenToYourBody ❤✌
