And just like that the first week of my virtual boot camp is doneeeeee with an awesome #saturdaysweatsesh 🎉🎉🎉🎉. All while traveling and living out of a hotel room! .
Getting back on a routine def was an adjustment especially with the nutrition plan, but to get results like you’ve never had, you have to be willing to do things you’ve never done. It hasn’t been perfect- but I do have to say that I’ve gone above and beyond on the effort and I feel proud about that 💕
I hear all the time, if only I had the willpower, if only I had the time, If only i had the motivation.... ect.
Here is the thing, you do, but it’s going to take a decision - one that says that your desire to change is greater than your desire to stay the same.
I’m no different than you.....I’m not perfect, I get off track, life comes in... but you just gotta pick yourself back up and get back on it.
Is it hard?? Heck yeah it can be!! But keep your eyes on the prize! Living your healthiest and happiest life ❤️
Willpower is like a muscle, the more you use it the stronger you, but you have to start using it for it to work!
