Early birthday training session ✅
In some cultures, the week begins on Sunday, so lez just go with it. My birthday week started with a training session revolving around a triathlon. I originally meant to do this on my actual birthday next weekend but I have a sportive that day so had to swap it around. .
If you're training for a triathlon, do a mini tri based on your age. .
E.g. If you're 20, do a 2.0mile swim, 2.0 mile bike ride ending with a 2.0 mile run. Up to you if you wan to put a decimal point in or not. It's a very simplistic version of my actual training session but still try it out 💪 💦
