Today’s the start of #pretrainingweek3 and I swear that it’s not easy. It’s the first time I’m holding dumbbells for workout and I was unsure if I’m doing for my legs or arms😂 Nonetheless, I managed to complete 3.5 sets (felt giddy on the last half set so stopped for my safety) and it felt like a task being accomplished because of the amount of sweat that I have😉
I’ll be stronger!💪🏻 Can totally see my abs hiding underneath those fats😂
Had SUCH a fun weekend celebrating my bestie getting married. Had lots of sweets and yummy food, so my belly is v bloated but it was worth it 🤪 went to the gym and got a reallyyyyy good sweat sesh in. Didn’t have any plans just wanted to sweat 🤷🏻♀️

Some serious vulnerability is about to go down in this caption. I’m no longer doing the coaching business I was advertising before. The truth is, it just didn’t feel right. When I’m doing my advocacy I’m excited to post my articles and my thoughts. When I was posting about the business, it felt forced and like a chore. It didn’t feel authentic and I didn’t like having to post a certain way. What really made me change my mind was realizing I couldn’t actually help the people I most want to help. The business I was in would only be suitable for those who are recovered and able to work out. While avoiding a relapse or orthorexia is important post-recovery, I didn’t like not being able to include those who are still in the midst of recovery and may not be allowed to exercise yet. I didn’t like how often I would have to talk about exercise as well. I am able to exercise and do it as a form of therapy but I know not everyone is at that place and I want to be a safe place for people at ALL stages of recovery. There’s such a stigma attached to “quitting” that sometimes we keep ourselves in situations we don’t belong in. But there’s a difference between quitting and walking away from something that isn’t meant for you and moving on to something that is. I want to go back to what I was doing with advocating for healthier relationships in all areas of life. I want to go back to being myself and doing what feels authentic. I had to take some time away from this account and after a short break, I now understand what I truly want. And in the spirit of being honest, I’m still sick as fuck so this is an old selfie. 🤷🏻♀️💜
SUNdayzzz☀️ This weekend has been so amazing celebrating my wedding being now less than a year away!! Spent time with friends and family, ate really yummy food and made great memories💗 Week 2 of my cut is officially over and I’m 2lbs down and am feeling awesome!! Super excited for the weeks ahead and the gainzz to come 🤪

I just completed my first week of my new nutrition plan and in just ONE WEEK I have lost 12 pounds. Yes, that's a lot for one week but I was stuck with my weight and hit a plateau since March. Not only did I get over my plateau, I crushed it!
This isn't some crazy plan where you have to count calories and are restricted from eating your favorite foods. This past week I ate 5 cookies and one piece of cake and still lost 12 pounds! (I do need to work on my sweet tooth tho 🍪🎂). I just followed a simple plan, watched a few short videos and tried my best to stick with it!
