I'm looking for 5 people who want to start with a 7 day breakfast challenge next week (week of 7/8). The challenge consists of enjoying an ideal #HerbalifeNutrition breakfast for 7 days at least 2 to 5 litres of water per day drinking, 7 days conscious of diet and choice for healthy food, 2 healthy snacks per day eat, occasionally move using our 7 minutes workout. You can create an effective drop-set simply by moving yourself at times, especially with cables. . As you re-position yourself, angles change and emphasize different parts of the muscle's range. . Normally you want to start with the muscle in its shortest position and work down from there. . So here I start low which positions my elbows higher getting the biceps shorter. Once I am fatigued, I stand up and change the angle which allows the muscle to take advantage of slightly different range and crank out a few more reps.
