Blast from the past.
I never would have imagined back in the day, how big fitness would be a part of my life.
Today, if I so much as go three days without getting a good workout, my day feels off.
I remember when I struggled, pushed and kept hustling to even build up the habit of constant and regular physical activity. Now that I have it, my body doesn't feel right without it.
What habits have you worked hard to build?
