Every choice you make can lead you either closer to or farther from your goals. ✨ ^ Keep this mantra in mind as you traverse this crazy thing called life. If you’ve got some big goals, it can seem overwhelming to even know where to begin. The truth is you’re working on them every single day. Everything you’re doing now is either helping you smash them out or pushing them further and further away.
So when you’re trying to decide if you should skip your workout, eat a fourth piece of banana bread, or stay up late to binge watch Friends, think about your goals. 🤷🏻♀️ Where are you headed and when do you want to be there? Is that fourth piece of banana bread going to nourish your body and soul and help you reach your goals? If yes, eat the damn thing. If not, reach for something that will. Be laser focused on what you want to accomplish and eventually it 👏🏻 will 👏🏻 happen. 👏🏻 You’ve just got to put in the time. (PS those are real struggles I have on the daily. 😊 Today I chose the banana bread. 😊 Tomorrow maybe a protein shake.
