Still have a πŸ‘ - yaayyy! πŸ˜‚ . It has been 4 weeks since I started cutting again...but this time not for a show. I thought I was at my heaviest at 159lbs at that time but a week of inconsistency and a wedding and eating out and stress actually brought me up to 166. Lol. I understood why I had gotten to that point though. And I knew how to "fix" it. Just needed to be more consistent with macros and getting to the gym. πŸ™ŒπŸΌ . The gym part still is a hit or miss. I plan to get there 5x per week and some weeks I've done it successfully but other weeks it's been 3 or 4x per week. I have been hitting my macros for the most part which is why I think I've been successful in dropping a little bit of weight over these last 4 weeks...well actually 3 weeks because I gained quite a bit over 1 week after I had done my check in with y'all.😐 . I'm currently sitting at 158/159 depending on the morning but I'm feeling better overall. My sleep needs to get a lot better...that's one thing I've struggled with a lot in the past and still currently. Also I officially suck at drinking water. πŸ’§πŸ’¦πŸ’§πŸ’¦πŸ’§πŸ’¦ It's one of those things I can literally skip doing for an entire day. πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ I did it this past week...I had one 12oz @lacroixwater during the entire day until about 10pm when I realized I hadn't drank anything. So that's something I'm also working on because it is one of those things that has so many benefits for your body...and so many people take it for granted.😫 . πŸ‘‰πŸΌMy 5 goals for this week are to 1) drink more water, 2) workout 5 days this week, 3) workout in the mornings on at least 3 of those days, 4) get more sleep, and 5) update you guys more often...I really suck at posting lately. Idk why. I just haven't felt like it honestly. Well, I've wanted to but then idk what to say sometimes because I get insecure about posting now. πŸ™„ Weird, I know. Today's little ramble πŸ’πŸ»πŸ˜­ I was in the gym today πŸ™†πŸ» and I saw this lady come in and went straight to the scales. And I seen the absolute look of disappoint on her face. 😭 memories came flooding back about how I use to do the exact same and how it made me feel afterwards. 😭and the vicious cycle that came with it πŸ’πŸ» I need to train more, I need to eat less & the self talks that followed. 😌 The day I said NO MORE will I let that STUPID piece of metal determine how I bloody feel & control my emotions. πŸ™…πŸ» no more will I look in the mirror and tear my self to shreds.πŸ™†πŸ» is the day I started seeing myself & my body differently. started loving my training & loved eating healthy.
