I see 2 sides to healing and transforming our lives.
There's the physical health. Getting enough nutrients, hydration, rest reducing exposure to toxins and allowing a space where the body can heal.
To avoid binges it’s important we are eating enough calories and getting enough nutrients, so the urge to binge doesn’t build up.
Banana and date green smoothies, delicious whole fruit meals (like Papaya and mangoes) and satisfying dressing covered salads do the trick for me.
Also make sure you’re eating enough high vitamin c fruits.
These are all fundamental to achieving good health, but it's more than that.
To truly transform our lives it's really important to learn to overcome the emotional blocks which are holding us back.
Many people will not be able to create the physical healing conditions because insecurities and negative belief systems will drag them down into old habits as a way to seek comfort.
I have a saying, "Self hate may bring you to raw, but self love will keep you there." And I truly believe this.
