In order to progress you have to fail, I normally do dumbbells at the beginning of my work out or close to. But tonight things got changed up and boy did I notice it lol. I'm normally pretty good for 8-10 reps but tonight not even 3 lol not helped by my dodgy shoulder at the moment either.
