This is Shawn. . Shawn came to me 12 weeks ago in response to a post I made about helping people break through strength plateaus. . He wanted to get his bench and deadlift numbers up because he was stuck. He also wanted to cut unwanted fat. He was not happy with his body. . His original goal at the start of coaching: "I would love to build strength while maintaining, if not dropping a little more fat". . Fast forward 12 weeks and it's safe to say he crushed that goal during our time together. . He dropped 17 pounds. . He added 139 pounds to his one rep maxes on the big three: Deadlift, Squat, and Bench. . 😮139 POUNDS IN 12 WEEKS WHILE DROPPING 17 POUNDS OF FAT. . His response: "Blew my expectations way out of the water". . This is what a transformation looks like. Not just weight going down on the scale. His strength went through the roof. He completely understands how to use macros and training to completely transform his physique. . I couldn't ask for more out of Shawn. He followed everything I said throughout the process and the results speak for themselves. . Congrats buddy!!

Happy Saturday ❤️ I’m so proud of myself for getting away from the mindset that I need to lose weight and be tiny to feel happy. Now I’m over here trying to grow 😎 - What are you doing today to crush your goals? You should be asking yourself this EVERY morning when you wake up. If you start your day with this outlook, your whole mindset is set positive for the rest of the day. - Today, I got my CPR/ AED recert for my CPT💃🏻 then hit the gym for a quick upper/lower lift. Squatted a new PR 😜 and that’s it 🤷🏻‍♀️ - You don’t have to set 50 goals for one day? One or two things is more than enough!
