365x5 • Came into this workout focused and ready and determined to hit this weight. I already knew it was gonna go up, it was a matter of how many. Last time I tried this weight I got it for a double and this time was able to do 5 reps. Happy with the constant progress, last time I hit this weight that many times I was 30lb heavier😳😳 • You can definitely say Gains have been made! Have you ever hired a trainer and not got the results you wanted? - I'm not talking about the trainer being bad at his job but I'm talking about you not sticking to your end of the deal by eating badly and not committing - - No one said losing weight/toning/getting fit would be easy as it's not, but gaining knowledge about it and what you have to do before sure helps when taking this journey - I've had someone who committed to training 3 times a week, we were doing strength training, circuits, ab work, cardio you name to help them lose weight (as this was there goal)... they were very honest in terms of what they ate, they'd tell me deserts, cakes, alot of carbs and like 2 meals a day - I did check ins and texted them to remember to eat well, and see how they were getting on, meal plans were given etc but the commitment wasn't there - - - A trainer can't always be there 24/7 which is why you need your own commitment and dedication when it comes to fitness - - - - - - -
