Happy Wednesday everyone😇💜 Is everyone ready to stuff their face on thanksgiving tomorrow?😛 I know I am!🙋🏽😍👏🏽 I just finished a killer hamstring workout before I head to work! Lately I’ve been trying to focus on lowering my weights a little this way I can do slower each rep and really feel the burn💪🏽 Let me tell you..it’s paying off! I could barely walk out of the gym!! My hamstring workout consisted of; •Dumbbell Deadlifts •Laying Leg Curls •Single Leg Leg Press •Standing Leg Curls •Seated Leg Curls •Weighted Lunges With Dumbbell •Leg Press •Dumbbell One Leg Deadlifts •Back Extensions This workout had my legs dying so I definitely recommend giving it a try! Make sure to go slow and have control with each rep. About a month ago I took the picture on the left ⬅ as a way to keep myself accountable with my goals to actually put on size! I promised myself that in a month I wouldn't be 125 lbs anymore, and I'm happy to say I've kept my promise 😁 - As of this morning I'm sitting at about 127.5 lbs, so I've been gaining about 0.5 lbs per week 👌 Sure it's slow, but I'm not mad about it 😄 And with thanksgiving coming up, I'm sure that'll speed up the process 😂🦃 - I'll be checking in again in about another month or so for more progress/physique updates. Here's to another month of gains! 😉🥂

Happy hump day everyone! 😌🍑 Not typically the type of picture I would post but 🤷🏼‍♀️ Had another awesome skate session the other night. I can’t even begin to explain how much those things have helped me over the past couple years I have gotten back into skating. #HUMPDAY . Exercise of the day today is barbell courtesy lunges 💁🏼 . You can do these bodyweight or using a powebag as well if you’re not mega keen on entering the “big weights area” - try 4 sets of 15 on each leg or 4 sets of 30 steps alternating if you’re not strong enough just yet 💪🏼🙌🏼 . Awesome glute engagement on this one! 🙌🏼🔥🍑
