Ive had alot people remark on my "cheerful disposition" over the course of my life. Alot of people choose to believe that I'm always like that. They store this image in their head of happy go lucky Hanna. They actively form that thought, whether or not its subconscious. What alot of people need to realize is that this is basically a highlight reel of my life and many others. We aren't going to post pictures of us in tears or come on here to complain of our latest failure or the spat we had with someone. I'm all for being real and this will most likely come off as hypocritical, but the problem with being real is that it drives people away. Think about it, a business is marketing itself. Its going to put its best foot forward. In a way, we are very much doing the same thing. Its hard when the world is only drawn to the glitter and sparkles. I, however, do not want to become known as a mendacious person. I fail, I cry, I miss workouts, my.life isnt always great and you guys should know that. We should strive to live audaciously. Take the risk and be unapologetically you. Maybe if we were more "real" on the internet the world wouldnt be full of so many expectations. I take every comment on my physique as judgement, every glance at me as people making an opinion about how I look that I sort of lost sight of why I love being strong & fit. I lost sight of my passion for competing even when discipline would kick in. • People always comment about me “being jacked”, “my arms being too big” “my legs being strong” or my “shoulders being so buff” that I was starting to get in my own head. It made me second guess why I love lifting & fitness so much. But this past week a few things have reminded me why I love being strong, why I love being an Alpha Female. • Nothing is more empowering & more powerful than a girl who can hold her own. • So here it is... June 2nd 2017 - May 2nd 2018 So much change has happened since I’ve joined LM. Joining the gym has been the best decision I’ve made. When I was 18 and really self conscious person I didn’t even want to step into a gym or know about, but so many people said to me I would love it and love the classes. Blown your calories this weekend? 🤦🏼‍♂️ . Chill 💆🏼‍♀️ . Fat loss/gain is a sum of what you are doing over a weekly/monthly basis, so use longer time frames to adjust intake over a longer time scale. . If you eat more one day, use the rest of the week to account for this, and eat a little less. . No you haven’t “f*cked your week” you’ve just over eaten a little - while you can account for this by eating fewer calories on the following days, I would always advise not to throw the pendulum to far one way. . Simply put, the further one way you go, the further back you’ll come. . Look at your nutrition on a weekly basis, rather than 1500kcal per day look at it like 10,500kcal per week. . This way you can account for higher calories days, and not feel you’ve failed if you’ve over shoot them slightly. . #dietsmart.

Hey guys, I’ve been MIA this past week since my phone gave up on me and completely broke! I must admit I missed all your inspirational post! Through this whole experience,  what frustrated me the most is the initial response of “ just buy a new one” when something brakes without even bothering to try to fix it first.  At least this is what was told to me when I stopped by the apple store. Im the type of person who will try everything I possibly can to fix something before deciding that it is time to let it go. After buying the new parts and having a tech wizard (aka my brother) attempt to solve the problem, we eventually had to buy a new phone. With all this chaos and classes starting up again I managed to keep up with my workouts. 잘 덮어놓는다고 현재의 실제가 사라지는 것도 아니고 그래 좋아지겠지 계속 이렇지는 않겠지 불편하고 괴롭네 바깥으로 보이지도 않는 다리통증은 답답하고 반복되는 게. 아무런 감각이 없는 편안한 상태를 느껴본 게 언젠지 기억도 안 나는데 전보다 나아졌다고 해도 증상은 같은데 이게 좋아졌다고 할 수 있는 건지 내가 여기에 익숙해진 건지 재활하고 나아지고 나빠지는게 내 마음같이 되는 것도 아닌데 설명해야 하고 드러내야 하는 상황이 오는 거야 어디서나. 수포는 겉으로 보여서 좀 안쓰럽기라도 하네 이딴 이질적인 건 아무도 관심없으니 비난도 판단도 어떤 말도 건네지 말았으면. 여실히 현재. 의연해야지
