I've always believed that IG is an extremely helpful tool to achieve whatever goal you set for yourself. How? It's a tangible way to track progress and to help stay accountable for your actions. Also, it's harder to screw up and back out of things when people are watching 😅
Recently, I've been giving out info with regards to nutrition and fitness (viewable in my highlights) which you may find helpful but honestly, I feel like it's not enough. Learning about new ideas and concepts through theory is perfectly fine, but reinforcing theory with practical application is even better 👍🏼
For this reason, I'm officially leaving the "Lifestyle" part of my fitness journey (for now) and entering prep mode 👊🏼 "So you're gonna start cutting?" No. I have 14 weeks left of my bulk but bulking was always harder for me than cutting. It's my way of keeping myself accountable to bulk effectively.
I hope y'all will stick around for this part of my fitness journey 👌🏼Last time I prepped was 2015 so not gonna lie, I'm pretty damn nervous 😅 With this prep, I'm hoping you guys can pick up a thing or two and I can't wait to show you guys __________________________
