Yogis: what's your favorite cue for getting that breath going?.
I taught a class yesterday where the breath truly landed and showed up in the room after I said come, "juicy breath." Whatever gets you going, right?.
The breath for me is easily lost when I go upside down, because my mind is wracked with all of the cues and tips and training that I've soaked up thus far. Getting upside down everyday. Every damn day. A nice reminder that there's always more than what my mind is currently consumed with.
