My breakfast this morning was epic! This was my pre-PT breakfast. Spelt toast topped with avo, vegan hommus, egg, (yes, complete contradiction!) parsley, tomato, crispy bacon and goats cheese. Bacon, in moderation, is not too bad for you. I dry-fry mine and then pat it of excess fat with a paper towel. The crunchiness is amazeballs! 😜👍🏼🥓 @the_nourish_nook

Good Morning in the Morning!😁🙌🏼 Ich hoffe ihr habt alle gut geschlafen und seid frisch und munter, um in einen neuen Tag zu starten!💪🏼 Mir ist neulich mal bewusst geworden, dass ich mich ganz anders fühle wenn ich mit einer Schale Obst und Quark in den Tag starte, anstatt mit einem Brot oder Brötchen!☝🏼 So sehr ich es auch liebe ordentlich Carbs zu frühstücken, habe ich mir angewöhnt es beim Wochenende zu belassen, da es irgendwie dann doch viel schwerer im Magen liegt und einen schneller wieder müde macht, im Gegensatz zu der gesünderen Alternative. 😋👏🏼 Und da ich unter der Woche fit in die Arbeit startet will, gibt es ne Fruitbowl statt Backwaren. This week we decided to do a shock session and hit our old power routine. Well the muscles definitely got a shock with our leg routine. But am loving the camera angle on the left quad. Working hard to cut and shape the muscles. But nothing comes easy in the gym. Weight remaining constant and shaping nicely which means fat is being cut so all is good.
