Con toda seguridad que si la alegría pudiese tomar forma física... sería un hummus 🤤. .. . Esta versión quedó realmente ESPECIAL, BRUTAL, RICA... y podríamos seguir añadiendo calificativos deliciosos, pero vamos con el detalle mejor 😏👇🏼: . . 🔅 1 1/2 taza de garbanzos cocidos. .. 🔅 2 pimentones/ pimientos medianos ROJOS. 🔅 3 dientes de ajo ya pelado. . 🔅 1 1/2 cdta de comino molido. . 🔅 1 1/2 cdta de paprika. . 🔅 Sal y pimienta al gusto . 💧 1 cda de Tahini o ajonjolí tostado. 💧 1 1/2 cda de Aceite de Oliva Extra Virgen. . 💧 Jugo de 2 limones pequeños. . 💧 Agua en mínima cantidad para ayudar a la licuadora :] . . 🌱 Comenzamos asando los pimentones hasta lograr una piel tostada y negra. Ésta la removemos y lo resultante será lo que procesaremos con el resto de los ingredientes. . . Já estávamos com muita saudade desse lugar incrível! Hoje fomos almoçar e conferir as novidades. O almoço como sempre foi surpreendente com ingredientes inusitados, mas muito saboroso. No almoço tem um buffet de saladas que sou completamente apaixonada. O prato principal tem opção com carne e vegana. Para conferir tudo o que experimentamos é só arrastar para o lado ➡. Começamos com a salada, não consigo detalhar todas as maravilhas daquele buffet. No prato principal tinha brandade* de carne de jaca, inhame e leite de coco. Broto de bambu(na foto é o que é parecido com um palmito pupunha) marinado no missô e na cachaça. Pesto de hortelã. Emulsão de beterraba e tomate assados e brócolis ramoso no bafo. Frango grelhado e cogumelos como opção vegana. De sobremesa experimentamos a famosa cheesecake funcional e o bolinho de cenoura lowcarb. Sensacional. A cheesecake é divina, com o doce na medida que eu gosto. O bolinho de cenoura tinha um sabor delicioso com uma calda maravilhosa. Por último e não menos importante é o nosso cafezinho. O do Ju com leite que castanhas e o meu é o carioca, o gosto desse café é surreal. Só não vale adoçar, OK? Ponto negativo? Não ser mais próximo da nossa casa. 😄 Mas São Leopoldo é logo ali. Como de costume o atendimento é super atencioso. Okay I might have went a little overboard with the decorating 👀😝... Anyway this is a famous Arabic dish called fattet makdous. Basically its made with crispy toasted or fried flat bread pieces as the first layer, topped with a layer of either fried or sauteed eggplants and tomato sauce (you can add minced meat as well). Then the last layer contains a garlic flavoured tahini and yoghurt sauce. To garnish I used parsley and pomegranate. I also added quinoa pops for fun 🌚. 🐟🥔 White Fish Pie 🥕🥦 This was a dinner that my daughter had at my parent’s the other night. I used a masher to mash down some white sauce, white fish, potato and veg into a lumpy purée and also had some potato, white fish and steamed veg as finger food as my daughter still seems to like a combination of spoon feeding and finger foods.
