Are you too HARD on yourself?
You keep telling yourself that it is your FAULT. You are not WORTH it. You are USELESS.
You find it very HARD to even accept a COMPLEMENT.
If something FUN or POSITIVE happens, you wait on the edge for something BAD to happen and HURT you, because you BELIEVE that something BAD is always going to happen to you, and you will get HURT.
If any negative things happen, you BELIEVE it is because of you.
When you receive a COMPLIMENT, you still find a way to beat yourself up and BELIEVE you could have done better, and it is because of the actions others that things went well.
You keep telling yourself that you are NOT WORTH ANYTHING, YOU are STUPID.
All these NEGATIVE thoughts are going over and over your head.
It is easier to expect things to go WRONG, or even BAD, so you are already PREPARED for it, and it won't HURT as much as if you were not expecting it.
You are SCARED to do anything FUN or look for anything GOOD, because at any time, everything will go BAD again and you get HURT again, so it EASIER to EXPECT IT.
Every time you want to do something, you always look for what will go WRONG and you end up not doing it.
At the MOMENT you are not sure what STRATEGIES to use to snap out of it, or what to do DIFFERENTLY, because your SUBCONSCIOUS is protecting you from getting hurt, which allows you to think of all that might go WRONG and STOP yourself from doing it. It is highlighted as a key thing. Have you ever notice when you are suddenly introduced to some thing new or see something new, for example a new car etc you keep noticing it everywhere? It is because it has been noticed by your conscious mind.
As it is TASK TUESDAY, come, let’s work on your NEGATIVE BELIEFS and CHANGE them. Also let’s start talking to yourself positively.
