* when their main objective is YOU and YOUR success. They look at the best way to get you to your goal and reverse engineer how to get there in a sustainable manner.
* teach you how to get the best possible results and maintain it there after. They help you get to stronger, healthier, fitter and more confident and teach you valuable tools that stay with you for the rest of your life.
* be there for you, motivate you in times of struggles and inspire you to live healthier.
* have a positive impact in your life and make the gym a place where they feel confident to workout on their own.
The main thing when a Personal Trainer is good is that they listen to you and give you the support to get you to where they want to be.👊
